Who We Are

Our founder Andy Kershaw, learnt how to build as a teenager working on his families housing developments. During his twenties he took a slight detour, focusing on playing professional rugby for teams such as Wasps, Saracens and London Irish. Although he never stopped his property obsession, running to manage his own developments between training sessions (Gatland never knew!). Upon retirement of rugby Andy became a successful property developer in London for many years. From here, he became a client-side project manager supporting clients with their own property developments. Andy was awarded his Chartership (a mark of excellence in the industry) with the Institute of Building in 2017. Upon being asked to deliver seminars on construction at property conferences, he discovered a need in the industry for a construction company that has expertise AND integrity, to which he founded Lazuli Projects. 

Alongside property, Andy is a qualified transformational life coach, facilitating therapeutic mens groups and supporting his wife who is a therapist. 

When Andy is not working, or helping others, you will find him on a bike ride with his four children. 

Sarah is a qualified accountant and bookkeeper. She manages the day to day, cheques and balances at Lazuli projects. In her spare time she can be found at her son's sports clubs or chasing her ’spirited' Labrador around the Sussex countryside.

Our team consists of ground workers, master bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, master tilers, fire and security, carpenters, plasterers, decorators, designers, engineers and many more. We’re united by a shared commitment in delivering excellence for our clients, driven by a great team spirit. 

Our office manager (in training), Mr Darcy, ensures everyone in the office is looked after. He also acts as the office guard with any dangerous pigeons at the window kept well away.
